Option 1: Adult Executive Function Coaching (18+)
Goal:
The aim of adult executive function coaching is to help you develop practical tools and strategies that will empower you to effectively manage the various aspects of daily life and leave behind the overwhelming "I can't do this!" feeling.Process:
Initial Consultation (15 minutes, free of charge):
We'll start with a brief meeting to assess whether this coaching is a good fit for your needs.Asynchronous Intake:
If we're a match, you’ll complete an in-depth intake form to clarify your goals and review any strategies you've tried in the past. Based on this, we’ll determine the ideal frequency for our meetings.Meeting Rate: $125 per session
Asynchronous Checkpoints: $75 per checkpoint
Initial Coaching Session:
Our first session will focus on creating a comfortable space to get to know you, followed by a practical discussion on the tools and strategies that will best support your daily life.3-Month Coaching Plan:
Together, we’ll establish a plan for ongoing support over three months, ensuring ample time for skill transfer and habit formation. This is the minimum duration needed for meaningful progress.Ongoing Support & Adjustments:
Throughout the three months, we’ll work through any challenges you face (which are perfectly normal!) and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track.Wrap-Up & Plan for Success:
At the end of the 3 months, we’ll have a final meeting to develop a sustainable "plan for success." You'll also receive a post-coaching survey to provide feedback on what worked well and areas for improvement.Next Steps:
If you feel you need additional support, we can set up a new checkpoint or extend our sessions.

Option 2: Executive Function Coaching for Preteens & Teens (12-18)
Please Note: This service includes caregiver coaching/training to ensure continued progress outside of the sessions.
Goal:
Our goal is to help students (ages 12-18) gain the skills to independently manage their time, tasks, and belongings at both home and school. The program also includes coaching for caregivers to ensure strategies are reinforced and carried over outside of the sessions, supporting long-term success.Process:
Initial Consultation (15 minutes, free of charge):
We'll meet briefly to determine whether this service is a good fit for your child and family.Asynchronous Intake:
Once we establish that this service is a good match, we’ll gather detailed information on the student’s goals and any strategies they’ve tried in the past. We’ll then establish the frequency of sessions and determine pricing.Meeting Rate: $125 per session
Asynchronous Checkpoints: $75 per checkpoint
Initial Coaching Session:
I’ll meet with the student first to get to know them and quickly dive into discovering which tools and strategies will work best for them. At the end of the session, caregivers are invited in for a debrief on what was covered, and to learn more about supporting executive function development.3-Month Coaching Plan:
Together, we’ll create a structured 3-month plan to ensure the student builds the necessary skills over time. This period is essential for transferring skills into real-life situations.Ongoing Support & Adjustments:
We’ll work together to navigate any challenges (which are completely normal!) and adjust strategies as needed to keep moving forward.Wrap-Up & Plan for Success:
After three months, we’ll have a final session to solidify a "plan for success" and discuss long-term strategies. A post-coaching survey will be provided to gather feedback on the experience.Next Steps:
If you feel additional coaching is needed, we can set up new checkpoints or continue with further sessions.
Executive Function Coaching Q & A
Question: What things do we work on in coaching?
Answer: In coaching, we can work on any areas that you request. The most requested areas are usually organization of materials, time prioritization, planning, and flexibility.
Question: Why do you have live and asynchronous check in options?
Answer: I know how busy life gets- and sometimes making another meeting can actually complicate matters instead of helping. The asynchronous check ins are meant to support those families or individuals that can take feedback this way and implement.
Question: I feel so overwhelmed I don’t even know where to start, is this a good match for me?
Answer: YES! This coaching is effective for anyone who is willing to work on their awareness of their strengths and challenges and is willing to try new things outside of our time together. The goal is never perfection- it’s leaning into learning and growing your skills.
Question: My child is resistant to doing this work, is this service still a good idea?
Answer: I am not here to convince anyone of the importance of these skills (it’s really important preteens/teens come to these meetings with some intrinsic desire to work on these skills), but I have lots of ideas to share with parents about strategies to support these discussions at home to support a budding awareness of the necessity of building these skills.
Question: Why do you require parent coaching as part of the student centered services?
Answer: My work with students 1-2x per week for a few months often isn’t enough to facilitate that transfer of skills and generalization across contexts. If parents can also support using the same language and tools/strategies at home, there is a much higher efficiency rate as well as a closer connection between kids and parents.
Neurodiversity Affirming
This coaching is tailored to support neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. The strategies recommended in coaching are good for all.
