Assistant to the CEO

OPEN POSITION

This fully remote position is designed to provide dedicated support to Danielle, with an estimated commitment of approximately 10 hours per week and the opportunity for growth over time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a reliable right-hand partner and contributing to meaningful, behind-the-scenes work.

This role will begin as an independent contractor (1099) position, with opportunities for growth into a salaried role as the position and organization expand.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing and organizing email communication

  • Coordinating scheduling for clinical services and team meetings

  • Assisting with the creation and facilitation of meeting agendas, as needed

  • Supporting content creation and social media management

  • Providing additional administrative support as collaboratively determined

Compensation: $22-25 per hour depending on experience and range of services provided.

Speech-Language Pathologist (CFs welcome to apply)

OPEN POSITION

This flexible position is designed for a speech-language pathologist who is passionate about supporting students and school teams through meaningful, practical services. Clinicians in this role provide speech-language services and evaluations to school-based teams, with the option to work remotely, in person, or in a hybrid format based on their preferences and availability.

This role will begin as an independent contractor (1099) position, with opportunities for growth into a salaried role as the position and organization expand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct and/or consultative speech-language services to students in school settings

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations and contributing to eligibility determination

  • Collaborating with educators, related service providers, and families

  • Participating in meetings (e.g., IEPs, eligibility, team consultations) as appropriate

  • Developing practical, functional recommendations that support student access and participation

  • Maintaining clear, timely documentation in alignment with school and regulatory expectations

This role is a strong fit for someone who values flexibility, collaboration, and delivering high-quality services that are grounded in real-world school needs.

Compensation: $65–$85 per hour, depending on experience, service type, and level of independence.
